About
We are Blend, a Reno-Tahoe based catering company rooted in classical training and impassioned by food’s ability to connect and shape a community. This mountainous area has a culinary culture brewing beneath the surface and we love exploring it. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and experienced in the top-tier techniques of San Francisco’s culinary scene, owners Josh and Whitney create meals that are as inventive as they are capable. Blend is elevating the Reno-Tahoe catering experience to it’s delicious potential. We take pride in delivering memorable meals that are true to your vision. Blend For Your Wedding Day, your love is one-of-a-kind, and we insist on dreaming up a wedding day meal that reflects that. We’ll listen to your ideas, wishes, concerns and curiosities to create an inspiring menu to compliment your event. Variety is our specialty; from soul food soirees, to lavish weddings, we have the experience and vision to elevate your wedding.
